illuceo illūcĕo (inl-), ēre, v. n. in-luceo, to shine in or on, to light up, illuminate, give light (very rare): pix atra tuo capiti illuceat, Plaut. Capt. 3, 4, 65: tota domus tua veri fulgore solis illuceat, Ambros. in Psa. 118, Serm. 19, 39.
