anxio, anxĭo, āre, v. a. anxius, to make uneasy or anxious (only in late Lat.): anxiatum iri, App. M. 4, p. 155, 14: dum anxiaretur cor meum, Vulg. Psa. 60, 3: anxiatus est super me spiritus, ib. ib. 142, 4.
